Les"Date Paintings" de On Kawara , plus elles sont anciennes ,plus la représentation s'éloigne.

Avec Miyajima Tatsuo ,notre attention s'attarde aux rythmes, aux répétitions, aux durées et à l'écoulement du temps.

Roman Opalka , peint des nombres en blanc sur fond noir, dans l'ordre croissant , sur des toiles de même dimension , depuis 1965 .

representation moves away. With Miyajima Tatsuo, our attention is
delayed at the rates/rhythms, the repetitions, the durations and the
flow of time. Opalka novel, painted numbers in white on black bottom,
in the order ascending, on of the same fabrics dimension, since 1965.
